Refund Process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 Days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Process

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order:

  • If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

  • Provide a detailed description and, if possible, photographs of the defect or damage.
